• • Cardio Tennis, Doubles, Fitness, Mental-Emotional, Serve-Score (SRS), and Tiny Tennis can be offered in Self-Formed Groups.
  • If you formed your own group we will assign a coach to match your needs, depending on your group’s size, play levels and age(s).
    • If you are already arranging your classes with one of our coaches that is great too. We can work to assign that coach to you with your registration. Players must be registered before being coached.
  • Your group size can be 3 or more players
    • 2 players and the coach is a semi-private lesson not a SFG
    • Group of 3 players and the coach is common SFG and has it’s own pricing
    • 4+ players in a group follow the Flex Program pricing.
  • When registering for your SFG, please help us by entering the name(s) of the other players/families in your lesson so we can get things together for you as the registrations come in.

Self-Formed Group (SFG) Registration

• We can provide your classes at your court, or at locations where we already provide and can be reserved.

After registering, you will be contacted by Advantage Tennis prior to the first lesson to connect you directly with your coach, who will be your primary contact going forward.

Once scheduled, you and the coach(s) will get a calendar invite from Advantage Tennis.

Programs are scheduled in the order the Registrations are received. All members of a group have to be registered before we schedule Self Formed Groups (SFGs).

Pricing for Private and Self-Formed Groups .

• You may only register yourself, or your children (not someone else’s children)
• Each adult must register separately, however you can register up to 4 of your kids at a time
• This form is for Private, Family Private, and Self-Formed Groups of 2+ players classes,
  • *This is not for Advantage Tennis Formed Group Classes*
• Your coach assignment will depend on your group and desired location, days and times, and your groups’ objectives.
