You must have been in our classes within in the last 6 months, or a Member, to participate in our Grouping processes
Whether your are forming your own group or we are suggesting a group for you, here are some things to consider:
Social Connections – Friends new and old
Skill level – how well the biomechanical chains are working to prevent overuse injury and enable performance, and how well your mental game is serving you
Ability level – how well executed is play in terms of consistency, directional control, depth control, and pace, and how well is perception and movement
Engagement and Commitment – how well goals, time commitment, focus, and play commitment are well matched
Experience and knowledge – is the group homogenous or mixed with seasoned or fresh experience, and is homogenous a pro or a con.
