Playing tennis is great for your physical and mental fitness. Tennis is a wellness activity.

This is “Get Fit to Play” vs. “Play to Get Fit”

Fitness training for tennis can be scheduled individually through private lessons or as a self-formed group.  

We do not currently offer Advantage Tennis formed groups for fitness training, although some pieces of this are in all our kids programs.

We offer Advantage Tennis Formed Groups for Cardio Tennis, which is an aerobic fitness part of this curriculum

  • Many people prefer fitness training to be with friends or teammates.
  • The objective of our fitness training is to teach you how to do it, and provide you training,
    • We will help you understand how to customize it to optimize your fitness.
