What do we look for in our coaches?
- We look for people who can coach, teach, and train in a positive and supporting manner.
- We look for strong communication skills, positive character traits, and a passion for tennis and for our mission.
- We expect our coaches to have playing experience at or above the level of player s they are going to be coaching.
- We value our coaches non-tennis experiences as well, as we want to be able to present a well-rounded environment for our players.
Our coaches bring a variety of professional and life experiences to the court, along with their dedication to continuous learning and improvement.
