US Open 2026 is History
We have a new number 1 woman in the world, and US Open Champion: Elena Rybakina
Congratulations Elena!
Jannik Sinner was injured and couldn’t play the US Open and still retains his #1 Ranking.
American Ben Shelton made it to the US Open final where he lost in 4 sets to Alexander Zverev.
The men’s final set a new viewership record for ESPN.
American Women, Jessica Pegula and Coco Gauff, both made it to the semifinals of the US Open.
Pegula losing to former #1 Sabelenka, and Gauff losing to #1 and ultimate US Open champion Rybakina.
US Open winners will receive $5.5 million this year, the largest Grand Slam payout ever.
